Wood River is a deed-restricted residential subdivision that is home to 581 families. We are located in the northwest section of the city limits of Corpus Christi TX which is known as Calallen.
Our subdivision amenities include a Sports Center that features a pool, two tennis courts, sand volleyball court and a shaded picnic area with barbecue pits. There are also two lighted parks with playgrounds, swings and a half size basketball court within the boundaries of Wood River.
In addition, there are approximately seven miles of hike and bike trails that are available to residents for walking, jogging and bicycle riding.
